I've heard that binarize can convert Mlod to Odol but I can't figre it out so is there a diffrent way of doing it?

I don't believe there is.

I had trouble with binarize at first, also.  I recommend getting Colonel Klink's BinarizeIT.  You can get it here:
http://ofp.gamezone.cz/index.php?sekce=utilities
The download is somewhere in the middle of the page.  Simply install the program into the same directory as binarize, and run it.
