TORTURED CIVI'S

           I know there are CAPTURED AND BEATEN CIVILIANS but i was just WONDERING if maybe ANYONE could make me a BEATEN CIVI in just a (LOL) pair of UNDERPANTS/BOXER SHORTS.THIS IS IN NO WAY A SEXUAL THING,It is so they look like they have been TORTURED,POSSIBLY with SLASHES on their backs or legs.
I am a complete PC NOVICE so i would not KNOW where to start with the MODDING TOOLS.
IF anyone KNOWS if this already EXISTS or if its in the MAKING could you PLEASE let me KNOW

Typing in capitals is akin to shouting, however, in this case it just makes your posts harder to read.

You might find that people won't bother reading your posts if you keep mixing upper and lower case together.
