Ya, like I said earlier the driving bug thing I dont think can really be fixed. The solution I was suggesting is really quite simple, example: Put a few trigger zones down in a town that work to cover all the main town area EXCEPT for a stretch of road that goes through the town(maybe leave a little area on each side of road too), if a player in a vehicle drives thru one of the trigger zones, they get grudge status - pretty simple to implement. And then of course just make sure no townies are found on that stretch of road for the players to run over.
The ai issue is being looked at, just got done chatting with Triggerhappy so it may get fixed.
Heres another thing to be made aware of, any vehicles of the same side as a player that are destroyed by that player will cause a rating drop, so this is something to consider too.
