addon manager?

Is there an addon manager that i could use to better oragnizer all the vehicles, skins, objects and tanks when i open the mission editor?

Nope, they're assigned in the config file of each addon
You could de-pbo each addon, and change the "addonclass =BAS - Men" bits.. But thats  a LOT of work
