ECP mod.

Could someone please please help me get this thing working right.

I have just found out about this mod so d/l 1.057 and created a shortcut from the 1.94 exe and added -mod=@ECP so far so good. I have the @ecp and the _effects_tes in D:\Program Files\Codemasters\OperationFlashpoint

This works and i can use th ecp mod but the problem i am having is when i
add the Dynamic range plugin. I put pbo in the @ecp addon folder and put the config_DR_01 file in the @ecp bin folder.I thought this was all that was needed but when you fire or throw a grenade you dont here the great sounds, what am i doing wrong!!!!!!!!!!!  

Please help as i would like to get this working so i can enjoy this mod in full

Hi Nuke,

You did everything fine execept for one thing:

config_DR_01 is not a file but a folder.
What you have to do is to take the file config.bin in that folder and put it in @ecp bin and everything will be fine.

 Thanks for the help and i did what you said and i get sound but i think they
are just the old flashpoint sounds and not the DR ones.

If i take the config_DR_01 and place it in the @ecp bin out of the folder i get new sounds, like the M1A1 but i can only here these when firing from an outside view. When i try and use the sights i hear nothing and as for men i dont here anything either.

Very strange Have i got all needed files or is ther one missing.

Installation:



Download the four addon zip's and install the .pbo files in your @ECP\Addons folder.


Download and run the DR config installation executable.

Dynamic Range sounds will now be heard when playing using the ECP mod.

Make sure u have the ECP DR files, the normal ones won't work.
