Removing Actions

I've added a custom action to my mission...
I Want a trigger to activate that disables me from using the trigger again...
Basicly i want to only be able to use the action once...

first line of the action script:
_this select 0 removeaction _this select 2

Or just set the trigger to "Once" rather than repeatedly...?!

it's not a trigger. it's an action. BIG difference...
