What am i doing wrong with briefing?

Some one pelase tell me, i have the .HTML attached.
i made the brief, extract to users, my name, mission.cain
now what?????

IÂ'm not a master on breifs. I use tools for that but are u sure u named the file briefing.html?

Chris's OFP editor, avail in the editors depot, is the best, by far, for many things, including briefings

Nothing wrong catches the eye with a quick look.
