Arma2 has reached the majority of the Community now, and has met with almost universal approval. Judging by the screenshots being published on various Community sites, the new game engine looks gorgeous.

We're looking for some enterprising members to grab some powerful images in Arma2 for use as headers on OFPEC. You don't need to do any cropping - we'll handle all that - just bear in mind the space it will occupy, i.e. long and thin.

Previous banner 'competitions' have shown our members have a good eye for stunning images, so we look forward to seeing what you come up with. Attach your images below.

Well, here's a couple submissions from me. They're uncompressed and unedited JPG files taken from the game. They're at 1440x900.

These are lovely, really epitomise the game - in other words it's not all shooting and blowing stuff up. Really nice images  Good

Great opener from Zipper5, can anyone match his effort?

If you like this one I'll be glad to rework it to the dimensions you want, cropping out the interface etc to focus on the rifleman and landscape...

Welcome to OFPEC! And a fine debut it is too, many thanks for the pics. The second is a wee bit on the dark side, but as you can see, the first is perfect!  Good

First post in the forum, and he's already on the front page. It took me ages to accomplish that. Way to go! And a very warm welcome to the forums

The one with the guy, the dog, and the bike is REALLY exceptional.

Here are some that I've snapped recently.  Hope it is alright that it uses the JTD_FireandSmoke addon.

They were originally 1024x768, somewhat cropped, so I can attach/send/link if necessary.  Otherwise, here are the p-bucket versions.
