about command

how to use these commands"buttonsetaction/buttonAction"?
the example is
buttonSetAction [100, "player exec ""reply.sqs"""]  

;reply.sqs
hint"I find it!"

but what is "100"mean ?

It is the dialogue control ID number.........idc = 100.
