The main issue with OFPEC, and something that will unfortunately, always continue to be the biggest problem, is the time required, the manpower required, and bluntly, the sheer effort and often willpower required, to carry out the work needed.
Many people on the site devote hundreds of hours every month to ensuring the work is ready on time. Unfortunately, this is not always the case.
Whilst I agree that the idealistic situation would be to have for example, paid staff, with focussed jobs, unless someone were to sponsor OFPEC, that would never happen.
Sponsorship is also something OFPEC has never wanted to look at, as that would inevitable involve Banners and other such nonsense.
All they can do is take on more Staff and hope that the jobs are given to ablebodied people.
Speaking of which, can I have my title, and my position, of sorts, back now please Noon? If you need a hand, that is..
