It enables the mission designer to detect players that are disconnecting during a running mission
onPlayerDisconnected works best with coop-missions that have disabled AI by default. Every playable unit
in the mission is supposed to be human. If the signal of a player is missing, the server will count that
unit as disconnected after a certain time, and will execute onPlayerDisconnected for this unit on itself
and all clients that are running the mission. It runs synchronized on all computers.
