[OFPRes] Pbo Gui by PMC

PboX is a program to pack and unpack OFP pbo files.

It will pack the addon/mission directories (folders) into a pbo with or without compression. PboX is also able to unpack those so called "locked" addons. It previews p3d's (ODOL + MLOD without textures), config.cpp and textures in a 3D window without the need to unpack the pbo.
