Sound Locker

It would be great if OFPEC would open a Sound Locker and collect .ogg files with a text of what each on is.  This way mission builders could just visit the site and download what they need and if they don't find it.  Then they could go out and collect it, convert it to .ogg and then submit it to the Sound Locker.

Just an idea.
