Hey I am going to begin working on a series of missions revolving around jets, you guys got any mission ideas?

Close air support. TONS of close air support.

Have one mission where you have to bail out and fight your way through enemy territory with just a pistol. Or maybe not.

A pilot will probably only perform one kind of mission, either CAS, AirDef, Strike, ASW, SAR etc. It depends on what aircraft you decide to use. If, for example, you chose an A-10 to be the character's aircraft you'd be limited to doing CAS or observation missions. I'd suggest picking CAS because they will be more flexible and varied than AirDef (fly around and blow stuff up) or Strike (fly to point A and blow stuff up) whereas CAS would be; fly to point A, find a target, destroy it, now divert to point B...

U could make a recon mission (I was gona make a ww2 recon but I couldnt be bothered)

You can make some fast AA combats where you have 20 aircraft that are facing off a enemy aircraft wing of 20...or maybe it depends on what kind of computer you have..
