Were you trying to download the mission you uploaded, or are can you not download any missions?

It was changed to stop people from remote-linking (hotlinking) directly to files on OFPEC and hence leeching our bandwidth unneccessarily.

I'm asking because after installing the ftp client that you gave me (filezilla) and trying to connect I received this messages after being connected:

Error:   Timeout detected!
Error:   Could not retrieve directory listing
