Title: Error submitting mission

I have a mission I would like to submit to the OFPEC.  I tried the link "Submit Mission" found here:

http://www.ofpec.com/missions/view_type.php?type=1

I got the following error:

Not Found
The requested URL /missions/..\userboard\login.php was not found on this server.

Thought I would mention it incase it is broken.

Please try again. Sometimes PHP returns a null page to your browser, for some reason. ;)
