DidnÂ't know where to put this one so move it please if you think it doesnÂ't fit in here.

Would you download a mission over 3 MB? IÂ've figured out that if I would make my map as I want it itÂ'll be around 5 MB, would you download it then?

I wouldn't worry about size, if its a good mission people will play it   ;)

i think what he's saying is mainly directed at people with dial-up, but yes, if it get's good reviews people will play it, but make sure to prune your mission, coz by the sounds of it, there's could be a lot of uneeded stuff, mind telling us all why it's gonna be so big?

LCD talkish rulez man! Some time ago I tried to join his LCD-klop ;D but I ended up spelling correctly after I got an oppertunity to join the mission reviewers if I just could spelll correct. But it seems as they donÂ't want me. :'(

Phantom, LCD is just, well, LCD.    He is a great and valuable contributor to these forums and what he has to say is usually worth reading.

His style becomes a lot more comprehensible once you get used to it.

Armsty, to answer the original question I don't think there is much difference between 3 and 5 meg to most people .... when I was on 56k my self imposed limit for any mission was 1meg, addons included.    Now that I have broadband I don't care.

it's usually alright, just sometimes though, it gets a bit annoying, and LCD, you didn't have to be an ass about it
