Title: Addon depot still adding?

Due to a dead PC i've been away from the OFP for a while. I have a new Uber PC now and its all systems go.

I've been keeping tabs on the community though and i've noticed that the addon depot has had almost no new submissions for 2-3 months. I must have missed the news post - what's happened?

I ask because OFPEC is the only site i know that properly reviews and quality checks its addons/missions etc. I always look here first for missions and editor extras, i used to come here first for addons too but recently...........?

I'll briefly sum it up:

The Back-end coding behind all depots has undergone a huge revamp, and still is.

The Addons Depot has a large backlog to work through, and we're still trying to get a full compliment of Staff on it.

Wires, the Admin for the Depot, is doing a great job, we just need more men.

So things are moving, but slowly.

Ah, thanks for the summary.

Gald to hear its work in progress ;)

I'll keep checking the news updates for a re-launch.
