Title: How to put a picture in a topic?

I have a problem, I sometimes want to put a picture in an topic but I can't. I have tryed to attach a picture but that dosen't worke. what should i do. pleas help me it is getting pretty anoing now.

maybe the pic is to big, i think the pics can only be 50kb to attach them
