EDIT: Okay, a nice HexEditor told me where my errors were. Anyway, another question:
Is there any tool for de-binarizing .p3d files in ArmA?

I'm not aware of any unbinarizing tools, and doing that would be questionable at best (permissions and such).

All BIS models from Arma are available unbinarized, porovided by BIS themselves:
