We need to have a general topic forum for discussion of anything off-topic. At times nothing fits.

We do have one. It's called Bohemia Interactive Forums (http://forums.bistudio.com/).

What Bedges is clearly stating is that we prefer to keep OFPEC related to BIS game editing issues only. There are already plenty of sites where folks can bump chests and measure...limbs.
