Title: Cars and waypoints help!

Basically, all I am trying to achieve is putting some traffic on the roads in a city. As it stands I can't even get two cars to drive past each other without them panicking and driving of the road.

Is there any scripts out there that be used for this sort of thing? Generating or atleast directing traffic about a city?

I think there's other mods to make them drive around more, but I don't know which ones.
