Title: Guest profiles are deleted profiles?

Just saw an ad for Flashpoint 2, Dragon Rising, and brought back my memories of being at OFPEC many years ago.

My old username doesn't seem to be active, though - no link in username, and says "guest" underneath. I guess some bright spark decided to purge the memberlist over the past year or so without realising they were deleting old staff accounts? :)

Question is, is there really no way to recover old accounts, or is that it - once gone, new username required?
