Title: Chernarus prison?

I've only had A2 for a couple days, but have a specific mission idea in mind.  It involves a prison, though, and I can't find one!  Has anyone found a prison-type place on the map?  (I'd also like very much not to use the airfield military bases.)

I also looked in the pictographic class list at ArmAholic, and can't find any chain link/barbed wire fence!!?!  There's the 3-roll razor wire, but that's more of a temporary thing.  Both OFP and ArmA had the "normal" prison type chain link that I want (and don't want to have to make). :)

Am I just missing it?

For a playable mission or a scripted cutscene?

If it's a cutscene: Use the cargo hold of the carrier ship in Utes.

If it's a mission: Use the power plant alobg the eastern chrnarussian coast. It's quite prison like.

The power plant is just north of Elektrozavodsk on the South coast ;)  Unless there are two, and I missed one?

He could mean the power substations.
