Title: AA Addon request

With the release of a few more jets recently, and Mando Missiles 1.3, it seems fitting that some more missile based units be released.

For East, a 9K31 Strela-1 by adding the correct turret to the BIS BRDM model with new textures etc http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/9K31_Strela-1
For west, maybe something stationary like a rapier + control radar. Or just an M109 ADAT like ofp had.
Lets get a land/air arms race going!
