hmmm... ok, i'll bite...

in the new version of O2 (PE) you click on "File>Open"... open a old format mlod model (ofp type) make your modifications (if any) to the model and then save it. (probably best not to save it over the old one)

The new saved model will be in ArmA mlod format... easy enough?

or did i not understand you question?

And if the old OFP models are binarized (ODOL) you need to convert them to MLOD with the ODOLExplorer (http://www.ofpec.com/ed_depot/index.php?action=details&id=344&page=0&game=OFP&type=to&cat=ad) before you can open them.
