Hello,
I think it would be usefull to post a "sticky" (http://85.17.58.182/smf/Themes/OFPEC/images/icons/show_sticky.gif) topic in this sub-forum, where users could inform about skills they may purpose to others.
Something like :
"Me (user name)"
- Voice acting : English,French,... (sample)
- Translator/Corrector : Swedish
- Script : expert
So if people need recruit, they could scroll the thread, check who might help them, and contact (PM/email) them... rather to pile up "American voice please" topics

Maybe not individuals but maybe have people reply and say what they can do and then categorize it all in the original post.
English Voice Actors
Him
Her
Bob
3D Modellers
Ron
Don
ETC?
Either way a sticky should be made to help others, I agree.

hearken thee all to the Wisdom Of Artak:
"this has come up once or twice in the past too. it was reasoned with good arguments that both systems are not needed and sort of rule out each other.
Bob, 17 from Houston Texas, has a vacation from school. He leaves a 'small-ad' that he's available and can place a unit in the editor.
Bob forgets to update the ad after his vacation is over. in fact, he has started to dislike OFP entirely and has sold it to his mate.
Jack comes with his project of 'placing units in the editor and calling it a mission', he searches the available persons list and sees Bob. Sends him an e-mail. Bob never replies, his email is no longer valid.
Jack is upset and jumps off a roof.
Meanwhile, John has a similar project in mind. He doesn't know about the available person's list, but uses the forum board to tell that he's got this thing and he needs someone to place units in the editor
Bob sees it! He Grabs the opportunity and the rest is history. Or, Bob is already in school and doesn't see the topic, doesn't even want to see it, but John gets a few replies from other people also capable of placing units in editor
it's like you're eating the ice-cream cone from both ends. at the top it's good as it's supposed to be, but there's some chocolate at the bottom that you want badly. a few bites off the bottom and the ice-cream slips out of the shell and onto the pavement.
it's either a list of people who're offering help, or a list of projects that need help. Project leaders can browse the (likely mostly outdated) list of people with skills, or people with skills can browse through the open projects."
pretty inescapable logic there, i would say...

this has now been implemented. see 'OFPEC Small-Ads' button at top right.
