Retiring all works from public. Has nothing to do with OFPEC nor with any member of OFPEC.

Wow, this sounds really cool, will give it a try and download from work.
Does replacing a blown up jeep with a game object wreck reduce lag? (I've got a 4 year old PC that strains on AA). Would it make sense to have an event handler "killed" for a tank or jeep etc and setpos in a wreck? thanks...

I don't think replacing a destroyed Vehicle with the wrecked version will significantly reduce lag....but this statement is not based on knowledge :D
For being sure you reduce lag, use the option you have at the dgc_init.sqs (more info in the readme) to choose "REMOVE ONLY" for the lag eliminator.
The replacement is more for the eye-candy factor as the wrecks looks a little better than the burned vehicles.

thanks Myke
i will give some more feedback on the DGC later this week (can't download it on the home PC for some reason, something with the firewalls etc). Still having trouble downloading it, do you have a mirror site by any chance?

You can find his latest release on Armaholic.com (http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=776).
Last night he actually updated the script and that link contains the latest one ;)

I'm sorry for bouncing this topic to the top, but the recently made bugfixes are essential, otherwise i wouldn't have done that.
The bug with the bodyremover also disabled the possibility of having more than 144 groups overall.
Version 1.02 released. All info about in the startpost.

Just to let you know Myke, the download link for this is broken, also it would be very helpful if there was a demo mission included for testing and demonstration purposes.

Fixed the d/l link...shame on me, used url tags instead of ftp...sorry bout that.
Demomission will follow, i know i'm too lazy on that.....but i think as i'm converting the dgc to .sqf i'll provide a demomission when this is done. I'll also change the "treshold_offset" to something easier.

:EDIT:
Just finished converting the scripts to .sqf now i'll start bughunting as for sure it will have any, even if it's only typos (but my guess is it will have some heavier). However, as soon i get the sqf version bugfixed (and also the readme's changed aswell) there will be a download for it including one or more demomissions.
:2nd EDIT:
As i made a package which contains this DGC:r and also other elements, this thread is obsolete.
