anybody got (I couldn't play this my self) a MoM (massive online multiplayer) misson for opf cos I'm going to make one if not (like 300 players but the level I've made so far is only 48 players (lol)).


If this is the wrong place can it be moved?

It is the right board, don't worry. :)

Problem with your idea is:

A) OFP doesn't support in-game joining, and MoM's are designed for everlasting games right?
B) Playing 30 people on a server lag with a decent connection, playing 300 people on a server doesn't lag, it crashes the server most probably.

I don't think it's a very good idea, mainly for the reasons dmakatra said. Still, it is possible to build a big big mp mission and you can find servers to cope with it. Administrating a game like that would be a nightmare though.

Once there was a server experiment with 120 players on desert island with only hidden grenades and tents.  :P

(a) Best keep it at 48 players then (Still i've tested it and it's to short).
(b) well before I joined ofpec (Much longer than that) I had an idea that an everlasting game could be made in ofp still just my imagination lol.
