i notice that some ppl have a pic on the side of their posts, how can i get that?

Goto your settings (Modify profile) and goto there where it says:

Personal Text:  
I have my own pic:  
Hide personal pictures:
Check to speed up message loading times.

write down the url address of the pic to the box next to "I have my own pic"

If you don't have your own pictures on the internet go log in to www.photobucket.com
