Title: Moving spawned units.
Post by: TrackenHit on 07 Jul 2004, 02:24:07
Ok, What I'm trying to do is spawn a unit, say a Ruskie with a ak-74 in this case, in an area. Now what I want to do is command him to move to a waypoint (using a invisable helipad or some sort of invisable marker perhaps?) as part of an attack.

What I'm creating for a mission is a thing where enemy units are spawned inside of a forest and sent forward. This would create the effect of an all out attack against a desperate enemy doing an all out forward attack. Any ideas?

I'm an idiot. in one window I'm surfing the scripts, and in this window I'm on the forums. 5 seconds after I hit post I find what I need. How dumb I am.

Actually, this script does alot of what I need...but it needs some tweaking and redoing to do what I want it to do. ;)

That is actually a very cruel script=>for CPU, 'cos they all get spawned at the same time and it probably locks your comp for a sec or two doesn't it?
