Here's a great offer today from coolrulez:
Hey! I just wanted to know if anyone is intertested in developing Russian voices for any of your missions?
I speak fluent Russian and could provide you with voices for the Russian soldiers...

now... i emailed this dude... but no reply for 2 weeks... guess he could be on holiday, but was wondering if any1 had got any voices from him...
his offer is too good to refuse... and i need these voices ;)

I dropped Coolrulez an email a while back, and got a reply fairly quick smart (ie. within about a day).
He recorded some very good samples for me, and in short order too (only a couple of days from start to finish!)
So my latest mission will have some very nice Russian radio chatter :)
I can't recommend him highly enough, I was very happy with his work.
I'm not sure if he's on holiday... I got an email from him yesterday, but he might have gone away for the weekend or something.
Anyway, I suggest you keep trying him, as it's defintely worth it to add a bit of Russian to your mission ;)
