Title: allied invasion of everon
Post by: Sportsfool231 on 20 Jul 2003, 04:42:37
ok i think i have better ideas for my everon invasion campaign (or sicily or malden, we'll see)

im thinking 4 missions with the 101st Airborne (which includes static line jumping from blackhawks, HALO jumps, helicopter extraction, etc etc)

4 missions with the army rangers (seaborne invasion, helicopter repelling, camp defence, etc etc etc)

4 missions as a pilot (MedEvac, Transport, escort, bombing, etc)

4 special op missions (assasinations, sabotage, raids, pow stuff, etc)

i just want your opinion, i could either make seperate campaigns(which i might do) for all of these, or combine them all (but it would be difficult to explain how a soldier could be part of all these units)

i have higgens boats for seaborne invasion, mh-6 littlbirds for spec ops, hehe its going to be tight

just let me know what u think ;D

Quite recently downloaded this higgens boat and there are a few problems I don't want with it - so where do I find this Zodiac addon?

EDIT: Nevermind, downloading em now.

is there anyway to make a player choose his career path? like medic, paratroop, spec op, sniper, and pilot? like through a script at the beginning of the campaign?

hi

i like your ideas for ur campaign but im yet to see a mission with a HAHO insertion

yes HAHO is a real word

High Altitude High Opening

it would be cool to use the CoC divers and have them jump into the water using HAHO and then swim ashore to "soften up the defences" for the ranger invasion

yes it would be nice to see. but dropping from 30000-48000 feet and taking up to an hour to get down, wouldn't be my cup of tea.

Actually I think High Altitude Low Opening is used more for the jumping into the water method
