Title: What makes a good MP mission?

I'm looking at making an MP mission, and of course, I want it to be good, so what do you think makes a good MP mission, guys?

A good MP mission, needs to have a decent pace. With action, alot of respawning so the action comes thick and fast. But you also have to think about realism, the setting, objectives.

also make it balanced starting uneven IMO is ok for certain missions but like CTF and TDM or similar missions having better weapons on one side just makes it boring

commanches and F15s against V80s and su-25s is hardly fun...although ya feel really good when ya whoop their a$$
