Title: Add ons and other people

If I create a mission using an "unofficial" add on, will it automatically transfer the required add on for everyone to use!  I don't wanna host a game and have it lock up because no one else has my particular add on

No, you have to get the addon to them. I find that if it's a small file, MSN Messenger's a good bet for file transfers.
