Wave2Lip is a hell of a program, but I'll help you as best as i can.

First. Put wave2lip in your C:\ folder. It must not be in any folder, just C:\
Then put your sound files in the same place. Now you must drag the sound files into the wave2lip program and voilla!

Attatch one of your sound files you are using to a post (zipped), and I'll see what is wrong.

I have XP and have no troubles getting wave2lip to work.  As the others stated, both the wave file and wave2lip have to be in the same directory, c:\

Also, and this is stating the obvious, it must be a .wav file with no spaces in the name. :)  Just drag and drop the .wav file onto wave2lip.exe.
