I'm afraid I can't but if you really wanted it done you might want to post what sort of sign, the size, the direction it points if any, colour, the text displayed etc. You're post was a little vague.  :)

I made a small wooden sign for my map but i don't know how to put it in game and i also need textures.  I used milk shape.
