Title: Questions

My nephew just bought Operation Flashpoint Gold, and I was thinking about a few things.  First off, I have Operation Flashpoint Resistance, while he only goes up to version 1.46.  My question is can me and him play missions together if they do no require any addons past 1.46?  I know this is a "noobie" question, but any and all posts are appreciated.

if you have resistance, then you also have standard ofp, the two exe's are different, simply boot up your ofp exe and play that

You will find the two different exe's in the Codemasters/operation flashpoint root directory
>>> operation flashpoint.exe
& flashpoint resistance.exe

Losts of later maps use commands , vehicles and weapons that have been introduced in various patches
Trying to find a non BIS old maplayer map that is only 1.46 may be a tadge difficult
