Title: WWII Addons wanted for campaign

Hi
I am about to start work on a WW2 Campaign
I need addons to make it good so could you possible point me in the direction of some good addons
Here is a list of what I need - the ones with the * are what I already have or will have soon (thanks to you great modders :D)

101st Airborne*
US Rangers
German Infantry
British Infantry*
French Resistance
German SS*
Allied and German vehicles and aircraft - mainly bombers and a C47
Allied and German artillery
Allied and German Tanks*
European bombed out buildings - especially a church

I will appreciate any advice you can give me on where to get such addons, and I am fully aware that many of the above will be released in the near future, but are they out now?

I usually use the Invasion 1944 German infantry from the mini-demo.  But in 2 days the full demo will be released.
