Title: Shadow textures in psp

Hello, I've been looking for an old topic with information on how to make realistic-looking shadow textures for uniforms in paint shop pro. Unfortunately I can't find it, so I'm asking now, can anyone tell me how to make shadow textures in psp, if possible show an example pic please. Any and all help is appreciated.
