Title: I need A couple of Tuts Please Help

i have tried the tutorials on this site but they won't show up so i need help finding them, i need one for a taxiway the Helicoptors and

how to make helicoptors stay on the ground until everyone has boarded them instead of going into the air and then coming down when you tell the troops to get in.

erm try asking in the mission dept? just an idea, but its kinda obvious though..........
