The desert and woodland textures could use some work, but these units have a lot of potential.

Maybe you could use the Nam Pack CAR-15 model and the BAS Aimpoint model?

The TOW M249 sounds very weak and is way too accurate.

The body armor model could use a little refinement. It seems too flat in front, and doesn't really look like a human chest.

Finally, would the rangers be using M9's? I though they would have .45's but I really don't know.

i havnt downloaded it yet i will soon
but yes they were and are armed with the M9s watch black hawk down u see a driver of a humvee using one
ive never herd of the M9-2 so i did a search and came back with few results none of which were guns

Thanks everyone. I will take actions to improve my work (actually, I have found a bug myself - my CAR-15's have no shadow).

2 vlada: thanks, I could not even hope for this :)

2 PFC_Mike: don't get too hard on me, this Aimpoint is my first attempt to model a scope ;) Then, Rangers in 1993 would actually be using berettas.

2 Makabi: the zip file came out twice as big as the rarred version... btw, why can't you dl it in rar format?

Makabi, winrar is far superior to winzip and its only a small download, I suggest getting it from download.com. Its better as it can handle both types: zip and rar plus its compression in both formats is much better than winzip

yeah, for some reason my computer doesn't have winrar on it, and I got a few files in rar format I wanna use, I'll get winrar & try your rangers out Laser.  :D

oh yeah, the M9-2 is basicly just the military version of a Beretta M92F(S?).

I don't know if you are still having the shadow problem, If so I know of a tutorial a friend of mine made that might be helpful to you in some way! Scroll down a bit on this page until you see the download Shadowlod (http://normod.ofprc.net/modules/mydownloads/) under Miscellaneous. Its a video showing how to do this.

Thanks. I've already ran into that tutorial (or the similar one) at TOW site. So the shadow problem is no longer an issue. I'm planning to make v.1.01 rather soon.

nice rangers excellent job the textures need a bit fo work and shouldnt the Car-15 be burst instead of full-auto
