can some one make that gun i think its the standard russian army rifle

Dude, it's already there. It's in mailman's russian federation weapon pack. Now, before you DL; it's really not a very good addon(textures and model look like shit). RSS (red star studios) is making a new weapon pack and I think it will include the An-94. You better wait for this pack to be released.

Well, maybe officially they adopted to the russian army, but, it will be far to expensive to replace the ol' AK-74, therefore AN-94 is mostly the restricted to special forces.
