This should work.

You can only see the briefing if you start the editormission and take a look at the map or if you save the mission in SP-mode and start the SP-mission (that's btw the only way to see if an overview works).

Ahhhh...you've to name the briefing only briefing.html (without "text"). Maybe that was your prob.

 :o Try this:

Press & hold the SHIFT key when ya preview the mission from the editor.
