Title: Animation Editing Problem

I am trying to make some new cargo anims. The only problem I have is that I cannot move the weapon proxies. Is there a certain way to solve this?

Well in ver .98 I can move the weapons but when I try to move part of the model its just  deforms? So with th esolution of one problem another arises ???
