I believe its called somthing like "Dock".  You can only put it in with the editor upgrades.

No, it's called "Concrete Wall" and you can find at objects/empty if you've installed an editorupgrade. It's also available as EAST/WEST.

No mate,

it is the name trust me. I don't know why they've named it like that but I've made some missions with it. There's also a version called "Conrete Walls" which is a lil' diffrent. It's the one with the "box" for a boat and some stairs.

I dont even have the "upgrades".  What a bizarre naming convention, truely bizarre.

True...but I think this object wasn't ment to be used as a pier or something like that.
I think more to build boxes for vehicles and such.  ???
