Title: how Do I get a playable AFV
Post by: LuckyJim1001 on 18 Mar 2003, 19:58:52
<Flame suit On>

All I want to do is get my player to mount an M1. I have placed the M1 in the editor and marked it playable as all positions.

Trouble is in game I never get the 'mount' command in the action menu.

Do I have to remove a position from the tank?

is it automatic (eg as a passanger in the Jeep) or do I have to Trigger/Script  it ?

Sorry for such a lame question and I have played around with it before resorting to this forum.

Thanks In advance.

Hi and welcome to the forums!

In the side window, search for 'empty' and you get an empty vehicle. 'Playable' is for multiplayer missions ;).

yeah, if you have it set as playable, it will fill with AIs on the preview...

Thanks all

I was looking to deep. I was ready to start scripting/triggers/re-writing OPF code. ;)
