Title: Adding new faces

I know this has come up a bit here but I cannot get the faces to change.  I followed the following advice to do either of two things:

Type in the init string of the unit

this setface "boris.jpeg" or
this setface "boris" or
this setface "the folder/boris.jpeg"

I have tried with the jpeg being placed in the users/steve folder of OFP and within the users/steve/missions/bus.noe folder and still nothing works. Could someone please help me as I am most frustrated!!!  I have even tried replacing "this" with the name of the unit and still no luck. What do I do.  This should be so easy

Try
this setface "boris.jpg"
with the boris.jpg image in your  users/steve/missions/  folder

Nope. Still does not work.  This should be easy.  Anyone else have a solution.

I have noted that the faces work as custom in multiplayer but I am trying to set them for ai players.

I have got vcnva-faces (muliple vietnamese faces) to work but you must specify the screen number in the jpeg.  It must be placed in the addon folder to work.
