iÂ'd like to know how to get official mp missions to ofp mission editor, iÂ've been tryed it on depbo program but it wont work

try using the PBO Decryptor 1.5 by Amalfi, its pretty good and usually works without problems.

sorry, the Editors depot (http://www.ofpec.com/editors/index.php) on this site, then select pbo tools from the menu on the left.
