Anyone ever made these? I'd sure like to see them made and arm some civilians/resistance with them.
Important would be the ballistics and the shape of the arrow.
You know an arrow fired with a bow can't fly as long nor as straight as a bullet, but still it can go pretty darn far and fast.
Because arrow is not like a bullet but more like a thin missile, maybe you could remodel a missile or something (I know nothing about addons myself).
Remember folks/addon makers, a bow can a highly leathal and accurate weapon!
ps. Rambo used a bow too ;D ;) :P :D

but it will need new anims also :-\ - meens creating new soldier dat uses dis anims instead of da reg 1s and dats lots of work :-X

I'll settle for a bow that arms it self.. with no animations.
umm.. no wait, you'd still need to make the animation for the hands when the dude holds and fires the bow :-\

can someone make animals for ofp? they would be fun to hunt. Or you can put them on the civilian side and you could have groups of dear (for realism) imagin your adrenaline is pupming cause the mission's really intense and suddenly there's a sound and a movment AHHHHHHHHHHHH! but its a dear not an *enemy phew*. There was talk about this but it never went any where. Even to have stationary cow or horses to put on the farms would be cool. eventually the community might get good enough to make a ridible horse (OFPAnim maybe?) but for est creaters would be great for atmosphere and for vertual hunting. or u good kill a dear and use it like a sand bag wall. Or you could even make it so you can kill and eat animals to get health beck. but i'm babbling and you get my point!
